Who we are

Beatwise (beatwise.co.uk) is responsible for your information. Contact us at beatwise@zohomailcloud.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• The calculator. Your rank, pay point and other details are sent to our server to work out your figures, then discarded. They aren't stored, logged or linked to you. We do this because you asked for the calculation (legitimate interests).
• Early access list. If you join, we keep your email address and when you agreed, so we can tell you when the shift log launches and send occasional pay updates. We only do this with your consent, and every email has an unsubscribe link. We'll delete your address whenever you ask.
• Running the website. Like any website, our hosting provider handles your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. These server logs are kept for a short time (legitimate interests).

We never ask for your name, force, station, collar number or location, and we don't sell or share your information for advertising.

Cookies

Beatwise doesn't use cookies or tracking scripts.

Who helps us

• Netlify: hosts the website (servers in the UK, EU and US, covered by UK data transfer safeguards).
• MailerLite: sends early access emails (EU based).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email beatwise@zohomailcloud.co.uk. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

When Beatwise accounts launch, this page will be updated to explain how your saved settings and shift records are protected, kept and deleted, before anything is collected.
